Monthly Maintenance Membership
Prioritize your well-being - join the Monthly Maintenance Membership!
It's easy to forget to take care of yourself. Your aches and pains become normalized, anxiety and stress become a part of your daily routine, and feeling stuck becomes "how things are".
I created this membership as a sort of "accountability" partner for your well-being.
When you commit to a monthly appointment, you'll have a guaranteed time set aside for coming back into balance, releasing stuck emotions, and feeling like yourself again.
It's also helpful as we head toward the darkest part of the year in WNY/Norther Hemisphere. Reiki and meditation are great tools to assist with Seasonal Affective Disorder and overall winter blues.
Membership Includes:
- 1 hour long reiki or meditation session (virtual or in-person)
- Exclusive add on: mini sound healing with Koshi chimes, sound healing tools
- Monthly recorded guided meditation emailed to you to help maintain balance
- Bonus: 6 month milestone celebration: complimentary 10 minute reading
FAQ:
- A minimum of a 3 month commitment is required, then month-to-month
- Payments are withdrawn on a monthly basis based on your initial payment date
- Appointments must be booked with a 4 month window (1 month leeway).
