Our two hours together:

  • Guided, channeled Fall Equinox meditation journey
  • Group reiki healing
  • Channeled message for the collective
  • Spirit-guided journaling
  • Reiki-infused crystal (gift)
  • Community connection time


Water, teas, and light refreshments provided.


(Optional) To Bring:

  • yoga mat and/or blanket (to lay down for the meditation)
  • journal (loose leaf paper provided)
