Designed with spiritual women in mind, this Canandaigua, NY cozy getaway is centered around the power of astrology, meditation, and kirtan yoga to connect with the universe.

We'll focus on the healing power of the universe for your mind, body and spirit via a variety of workshops, 1:1 sessions, and curated experiences.

Who is this for:
This retreat is designed for women who are looking to deepen their spiritual connection with the Universe. It is a divinely-guided retreat experience.

The Venue:
We selected a lake home in the Finger Lakes region because it's perfectly designed for introverts and extroverts alike. It has multiple spaces to connect with others and spaces to be alone to soak up the vibes of the weekend, including 3 separate living rooms, one with a fireplace. There's even a sauna for those who want to kick back and relax! There is an in-home gym and an outside deck to enjoy.

*Unfortunately, this location is not handicap accessible. There are multiple sets of stairs and a deck. Please reach out to us with any questions!

Attendance Options:
Due to the individualized sessions and overall nature of this particular retreat, we are only offering weekend-long attendance (no day passes). Space is limited and first come, first serve. 
Pricing ranges from $767 - $1,070 based on room choice (see lodging options). Payment plan options are available. Prince includes all meals (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, and snacks throughout). Deposit goes towards final cost.

Reserving your space:
$50 deposit required to reserve your space.
Within a week of deposit, an initial payment for payment plans or the full amount are required to reserve your space.

Lodging options:
  • Are you coming with a friend? Check out the shared bed options (either a queen or king size bed)- $830 per person
  • Want your own space? There is ONE queen bed/solo room; it is first come, first serve (as the bed can also be used as a shared option) - $1,070 per person
  • Don't mind sharing a room with new friends? The bunk bed rooms are a great choice - $767 per person​

Courtney Ingham
Astrology 101 Workshop & 1:1 Birth Chart Readings

Courtney has had an interest in the esoteric and mystical arts, including astrology for most of her life. In 2022, she received her astrology certification and launched her astrology business. Courtney has studied with many renowned healers, taught classes in homeopathy and herbalism, and worked remotely in marketing and project management for several holistic-health oriented companies.

Mother to three, Courtney has a passion for the birthing arts, home birth, and has worked as a birth doula and birth educator for over 16 years. Before she started her own family, she taught Language Arts in the New York public school system. Courtney recently took over as Director of Operations for Real Vitality. She currently works from home while homeschooling her three children with her husband in the wilds of Southwestern New York where they have had a multitude of homesteading adventures.

Astrology 101 Workshop & 1:1 Birth Chart Readings
Courtney will give the group a foundations mini workshop on the foundations of astrology. She will then meet with each retreat attendee individually for 25 minute birth chart readings. Make sure to provide your birth day, time, and location in the registration form to receive the most accurate birth chart possible! Don't know your birth time? Courtney suggests checking your birth certificate for that information. If you can't find it, no worries! Your chart reading will still work!

Marla Pelletier
Kirtan and Sound Yoga Teacher
The Sacred Sounds of Sanskrit Chant workshop

Marla has had mantras infused in her family’s spiritual practice since she was born. As a second-generation Indian American she grew up around mantras, but not fully understanding them. When she began to study yoga seriously in 2003, mantra repetition stood out to her as an important practice for the mind.

In 2021 she completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training with the Heart of Sound school in mantra and nada yoga with a focus on Sanskrit. 

Now, she leads groups in kirtan, nada yoga, and teaches Sanskrit classes for the chant lover. She is regularly holding kīrtans and sound yoga workshops in Rochester, Buffalo & the Finger Lakes area. 

Her goal is to gather all the chant lovers in Western NY to joyfully express their inner sound through Sanskrit chanting. She hopes that people can discover emotional digestion, mental calm, and even bliss through these practices.

The Sacred Sounds of Sanskrit Chant workshop
Step into the sacred river of Sanskrit chanting. Sanskrit sounds can awaken and heal our bodies on multiple levels by metabolizing emotions and clearing the chakras. These chants have been used for thousands of years to align our bodies, minds and spirit with the flow of universal energy. Marla, a 2nd generation Indian-American, kīrtan devotional chant leader, and yoga & meditation instructor, will guide you to use your vocal resonance as a powerful way of self-healing. We will begin our workshop together with movement to create freedom in our diaphragms and self massage to release tension. We will move into deep listening and vocal toning as an internal practice. Finally, we will experience the depth and power of Sanskrit chanting to vibrate the whole energy body. This is one of the most direct ways to experience the bliss body, ānandamaya kośa, as discussed in yoga texts. 

Jenny Leckey
Reiki Master/Teacher & Meditation Teacher
Primordial Sound Meditation Workshop & 1:1 Mantra Ceremonies (and your retreat host!)

Jenny Leckey is a former HS English Teacher turned spiritually-focused entrepreneur. Her god-given gifts including being a channel for spirit, Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Master/Teacher.

​Additionally, she leads spiritual retreats and hosts her podcast, Diary of a Recovering People Pleaser.

A main portion of her offerings combines her healing abilities with her clairaudient and clairvoyant gifts to connect with the the God Force, your Higher Self, ​Ascended Masters, and Guides. She channels to deliver what you need for your highest good through energy healing and channeled messages.

The backbone of her practice and teachings is meditation. She is a certified meditation teacher through The Chopra Center, specializing in Primordial Sound Meditation. This mantra-based meditation is based on your birth chart information. It is the vibration that the Universe was making at the time of your birth. It is a magical experience within ceremony when you receive your mantra. She looks forward to sharing these moments with all of the retreat attendees.

Jenny's Retreat Offering
Primordial Sound Meditation Workshop & 1:1 Mantra Ceremonies
In this workshop, Jenny will teach you the foundations of meditation and its connection to primordial sound. You will learn the science behind meditation, as well as the spiritual purpose. We will practice the steps in a meditation session based on the structure of primordial sound meditation. Each attendee will receive a 1:1 meditation ceremony and guidance session with Jenny where you'll receive your personalized mantra based on the vibration of the universe at the exact time of your birth using Vedic astrology.

  2. Step 2: Pay your $50 non-refundable deposit (located below the form).
  3. Jenny will contact you within 2 business days to set up your payment option. Do you prefer a payment plan? No problem! She will work with you to set up a plan. There will be an additional processing fee added per transaction.
