We meet briefly before the healing begins to discuss your needs
The healing portion is 40-45 minutes long
We chat afterwards to share notes & guidance received during your healing session.

In-person Details: Join me at my office in downtown Buffalo (Allentown). Please dress comfortably and bring warm socks as some people get cold during reiki. You'll lay fully clothed on a comfortable massage table for the treatment. Let me know if you need accommodations due to any physical restrictions (I can do the treatment with you seated!)
Distance Healing Details: You will sit or lie comfortably in a quiet place while I send healing. I will send you optional relaxation music to play while receiving the healing. Afterwards, I will call you back to tell you it’s finished and share notes.
