As a former English teacher at the middle and high school levels, I understand all that goes into building a classroom that sets students - and teachers - up for success! I also understand the delicate balance that goes into teaching - a balance between giving it your all and burning out. Teacher retention rates are increasing nationwide. I created my business to help to alleviate this problem.
I am on a mission to share my mindful classroom framework that brought me many years of classroom successes, 100% pass rates on state exams, and the honor of being the Horry County Schools District Teacher of the Year. Representing 2,600 teachers in a leadership position afforded me a unique vantage point to hear about the teaching experiences of a wide range of educators and administrators. I was called to move to this next phase in my education path - working with teachers to help them develop the best possible classroom culture and processes to allow for more ease, less stress, and student success! |
